Hip hop from Tone-Loc. This song is impossible not to love, even if you're not a fan of the genre. It is performed in a rather comical style, and in the clip, funny dude is diluted with models with serious facial expressions. Due to a strong sound that is created both by the voices & musical instruments (most of the rhythm is from drums here), it often becomes a soundtrack.
