Synthpop by Crystal Fighters lasting almost 4 minutes. It is definitely worth noticing that extremely little amount of soundtracks choose this music direction to be included to film’s accompany. Only those, which are youth-friendly, captivate the watcher with their spontaneity, interest, energy, and deep division of the world onto black and white, good and bad, love and hatred. A little bit strange people in the clip, at whom it is admiring and vicarious to look at. But you still gaze as you can’t take the look away from their straightforwardness. They are calm, and they are insecure. But at the same time, they are assured and strong. They are a mix of youth and black-and-white shadows, which they create and which, at the same time, give them the uncontrollable charm, seized by the moment to melt away in the next second. And as soon as it is gone, you start wondering – what was so enchanting in them that you grasped every second of the clip, for the third time recalling the word ‘breathtaking’?
They are walking around, looking for something in the clip, and sometimes they destroy things like porcelain. None of them is pretty, but they are charming and ravishing in some magical way with all their coats and long hair. Yet not the vampires clan, but already not ordinary human beings. Or it is simply the camera, which loves them more than other unpretty people.
Eventually, they come out of building to wander to the forest where they find some box covered with mud. It is relatively new and has some secrets hidden inside. It is of definite importance for their crew, as they are happy because of their finding. Once they open it, there is some kind of smoke came from it, but the viewer is left in ignorance, what were the issue and the reason of striving. Largely magical and mythical thing pushes us towards the understanding that indeed, it was something otherworldly and this team of somehow connected people will live in the centuries more.
Unfortunately, the lyrics are disappointedly simple: a guy once told a girl (or otherwise – she to him) that will find him/her through the years. Now, the years have passed and the search time has arrived. And a fellow sings with surprise that he never expected to find her that soon. He was running and dying, she took all his thoughts and now as she is here next to him, he feels like at home. Well, it isn’t too strong for such a vivid clip.
As for the band, it was formed in 2007 but it took them 5 more years to compile the first studio album. But only 1 year they took to make the second one (currently, they have three albums, 12 singles, and 11 music videos). They also appear in movies and there is one of music bands that are loved by remix-makers, as they have more than 50 various remixes of their songs currently all done between 2009 and today.
