A rock piece by The Roots. They are indeed trying to make a decent rock (and they are doing it, in fact), but as they all are African Americans, they mix rap hints in their narration. Really, after you become acquainted with lyrics, you understand that these people wrote all lines as if it was rap, not rock. They are singing about some girl who is tiresome and boring and they will lose her. But more than this, they tell about so many things, as it is always happening in such a genre – a little bit of everything, so the song has lost its main line turning to rap. We don’t love it.
