This is a song of funk-pop made by Pharrell Williams. What do we know for sure about this talented performer? He has several songs written, released, sang, produced or otherwise influenced, that entered to charts to reach some notable positions. For example, ‘Can I Have It Like That’ was one of his brightest ones – it was on #3 position in the UK in 2005 (the other positions were #8 in Denmark, #18 in New Zealand, and #49 in the US). ‘Blurred Lines’ not only has surpassed this but gave Mr. Williams many notable records: 9 times Platinum according to MC and ARIA, 6 times Platinum according to RIAA and Diamond according to SNEP. It topped the charts being #1 in the US, Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, and the UK. It was #2 in Denmark. The embracing album was also named ‘Blurred Lines.’ The next his thing that made a huge breakthrough was ‘Happy’ that was a title song in the soundtrack to animated film ‘Despicable Me 2.’ In all the mentioned above countries, including Denmark, it was number 1. And again, it became Gold and Platinum for numerous times according to various institutions that rate the sales. After that, in 2014, his last huge hit was ‘Sing’ that gave him the #1 position in Austria and the UK and 2-times Platinum certifications. The worst position through his career was #169, the song ‘#ATMJAM’ featuring Azealia Banks, which was the biggest disgrace. The other performances went smoothly and contributed to the popularity of the singer greatly.
As for this song, it was already used several times in other films as a part of their soundtracks. And it seems to us that it was used in the alike movies about the racial fight as it fits the mood perfectly. The essence is the following:

Sometimes he cries at nights because people around want him to do some things, while he is capable of much more and wants to prove the surrounding men and women they are wrong. They limit him with Moon, while in his head, he is on Mars. This person is striving for the knowledge and self-realization, just like girls from the film.
