The year of 1983 was not only a year of big openings and discovering in the world and science but also was a good year for the music industry. Maybe these fellows would never be that popular nowadays with their awkwardness in front of the camera in this clip, but who knows. This is disco pop or similar direction. They sing about a girl, whom they saw on the street under the rain. She was hot and they wanted to know her better but, as many adolescents, were numb and dumb in that moment. A singer tells that he wants to embrace her, but he just has no guts to do it. He is shy and humdrum.
