Bing Crosby sings this pop measuredly, verifying every note and every sound. He has hypnotic eyes, which are similar to the ones that we see on the hero of Bradley Cooper in the "Limitless" film and serial movie (when he is under the influence of the drug called NZT). However, he is much nicer. And a voice is more melodic. Deep and soporific. Perhaps his children wonderfully fell asleep under such gentle lulling sounds like his voice produce.
