You may have seen Seth MacFarlane as the main character in the film named 'A Million Ways To Die In The West' in 2014, in which he had several successful jokes including the one about Mila Kunis. He also starred in 'Hellboy 2: the Golden Army' in 2008, 'Futurama' in 2009, 'Ted' in 2012, 'Movie 43' in 2013, 'Ted 2' in 2015 and he currently is a voice actor in this movie.
A little number of you knows that Seth McFarland is also a singer – he has three studio albums, the latest of which is of jazz genre and it landed on number one position in the U.S. jazz chart. The two previous ones also landed on the first or the second place in the US jazz chart. Generally, it seems like this person is inclined to this music direction.
You may also know his two separate singles – the first one named ‘I'll Be Home for Christmas’ and the second is named ‘Baby It's Cold Outside’ – they ranked number 28 and number 10 in the US AC, which means 'Adult Contemporary'. He is not a bad singer actually, as you can already see from all these accolades that we have given him. What is more – he is the sound producer, an actor, director, comedian, animator, and singer. As for the producing – he did the documentary thing in 2015. He adores participating on the television and that is why he has lots of roles beginning from 1997 ending with the upcoming year, 2017.
You will be wondering even more when you find out that this guy was nominated for the Oscar in 2013 but he didn’t manage to win it. He received numerous awards and was nominated onto more. He has won Critics Choice Award, was nominated for Grammy 4 times, as well as on MTV Movie Awards but he managed to receive one from MTV. He also has won People's Choice Awards amongst eight nominations. He holds three Primetime Emmy Awards and three Teen Choice Awards. And through the years 2004 to 2015, he was nominated more than 40 times on various awards among which he won at least 15 of them!
There is one hilarious award named ‘Spike video game awards for best performance by a human male’ – imagine that – and she was nominated at it but he didn’t win, but the other one, ‘Spike Video Game Awards for Best cast’, he won in 2006. Yes, he doesn't have an Oscar at the moment but all ways are open for him as he is a very productive person and he doesn't stand still.
He is a television host producer, he has the extensive film career, has a music career, he does a lot of artistry, he is an active person in the politics, on LGBT issues, he speaks for many prominent performers, and definitely he has lots of accolades.
He loves to sing the cover versions of the classical compositions, for example, 'I've Got You Under My Skin', or this song, named 'Let's Face The Music And Dance'. He has the classic voice that slightly could be compared with the voice of Frank Sinatra (the latter actually influenced him a lot), but in the appearance, Seth MacFarlane looks like a fusion of Mr. Frank with Mr. Hugh Grant.
