This and next year will be full of various experiments with sequels and new versions of famous tapes. The one thing we can't say about the famous story for sure is whether we will see something new. According to HR, the action is going to take its place in special circumstances, but the role of the Queen – mummy itself – will be given to a great actress who has already established herself in a recent large-scale project. Generally, cast of the franchise screenwriters could profitably replenish a variety of well-known names, as we noted.

Audience expectations

Many spectators eagerly embraced the idea of new sequel. Army of fans of the original The Mummy, which suffers the transformation, attached to the fans of another army, this time of those who love Tom Cruise. The only thing we cannot explain is that Tom is not the most promising young actor in Hollywood, so it is a bit strange to make "fresh" version of the film with an adult stage master. Perhaps, this thing will be the same worthy as the prequel to “Aliens”, but the time will show. Nevertheless, an experienced actor brings to the story a special honor. The premiere of this movie is in less than just one year, but for now we can watch the photos and video recordings from the shooting. Trailer isn't still available for the broad audience, but the creators of the long-promised item gave us some fresh meat: the possibility to watch not for after the shooting process itself, but for its outcome. It is possible that this Mummy will be one of your favorite movies for family viewing, although, of course, it is unlikely to surpass version with Fraser least out of respect for nostalgic childhood memories, when this story was a huge BOOM! from the Hollywood.
