You praise ideals and demagogues
Cuz you feel no love where you're coming from
And all the things you thought you knew
You start to see that you can see right through

Well, you're welcome to wake up
Don't have to kill to feel alive
Regardless of the lies your sect may contrive
What you believe can start a war
If you belive it's worth fighting for
What you believe can be undone
Why can't the world just live as one
What you believe you can deny
Before it turns into genocide
For what you believe put down the gun
And allow the world to live as one

You swear the people don't belong
On earth or in the kingdom come
And all the things you thought you knew
You start to see that you can see right through
