Hwn yw'r moliannus ddydd
Cydganodd ser y wawr.

Molianned pawb yn awr.

Hwn yw y dedwydd ddydd
Daeth Crist o'i fedd yn fyw,
O! codw oll i fywyd gwell,
I ryddid meibion Duw.

Hwn yw'r brenhinol ddydd
Mae Crist i gael ei le,
O! Dduw rho heddiw weled drws
Yn agor yn y ne'.


Plaisir D'amour

This is the sacred day
That God rested from his work,
And we now, under God's smile,
Rest on our journey.

This is the day of praise
The stars of dawn join in song,
Today we have more reason to sing,
Let us all now praise God.

This is the happy day
Christ has risen from the grave,
O! Let us all arise to a better life,
To the freedom of the children of God.

This is the regal day
Christ is to have his place,
O! God let us today see a door
