A Garden In The Rain Lyrics

A Garden In The Rain Song Lyrics

'Twas just a garden in the rain
Close to a little leafy lane
A touch of colour 'neath skies of grey

Bhe raindrops kissed the flower beds
The blossoms raised their thirsty heads
A perfumed "thank you" they seemed to say

Surely here was charm beyond compare to view
Maybe it was just that I was there with you

'Twas just a garden in the rain
But then the sun came out again
And sent us happily on our way

Surely here was charm beyond compare to view
But, maybe it was just that you were there dear,
You were so lovely

'Twas just a garden in the rain
But then the sun came out again
And sent us happily on our way

Just a garden in the rain

1952. It is the third song in this collection dates this year. And again we hear the blues, which resembles a pop, but very slow. To be honest, we can say that the blues, in spite of the breadth of the genre, is very same inside of itself. It always has stretched notes, depressed mood, lack of some bright emotions (and sometimes only one emotion is here – depression). You recall red & white female swimwears, cowards right to the navel – following the outdated fashion of those years.
