New Witch In The Woods

How long ago have you watched nice horror movie? It took us a long time to wait for the final appearance of something that will bring together the vast majority of excellent reviews (well, the pretty nice horror of the last years was Evil Dead of 2013, which was a resurrection of franchise with Ash (Bruce Campbell) and collected almost 100 million).

Of this film, we are glad to tell you about. For pretty long time, it was only opened for private viewing, and finally mere spectators have the opportunity to enjoy this picture. But before we start talking about it, let us remember the last good horror movies. Which one has impressed you? Astral? Mirrors? Good old The Ring? In general, horror films can be divided into purely mystical or psychological; the main forces of evil can be both human and otherworldly (or supernatural) forces. Of course, freaks are also frightening, but gloomy mysterious inexplicable magic fascinates more. So, we will focus on the Witch  movie.

Classic

Straightforward name reflects the essence of the whole movie. There is a story about magic, but not the good fairies – a frightening horror. The main events revolve around the family that is very religious. On their way to clean blameless life, they concentrate their existence and lives around the prayer and righteous living. However, something wrong is going on in their family. Plenty of scary moments: the disappearance of a child, mysterious puzzles in the forest, a terrible accident with animals and more. All this leads people to think that they are cursed. From this moment, the main action begins. Here we will see how far fear is able to make people scare or how and where the desire of their own security can lead to. Sometimes it seems as if people altogether cease to be human beings, not only concerning the presence of demons in the body, but of how the primitive instincts change the human nature.

Scary and gloomy

According to the critics, this film shows something otherworldly, closed that really should not be showing. In such a state, as if you were allowed to look there, where there should not be any access, where the entire film runs. If you are easily to be frightened, we propose you not to start: it's not the events themselves, but it is in the atmosphere, oppressive and very well-seasoned. The whole movie though gradually erases the feeling that it is only a movie, leaving us at a loss before the new reality, where even the paints appear more faded and dark. So, we would not let kids watch this movie, just as well as impressionable adults, but in the company of someone reliable, this film is well worth estimated.
