It is a well-known cartoon character named Speedy Gonzalez, who is especially famous among children and adults in Mexico. As they say there, this little mouse is a symbol of justice, a kind of tiny Robin Hood, which is adored by the audience of all ages. For the creators and actors of voice working on the film, Speedy is not a source to earn something from the show. It is a real expression of love and respect for the character that made their childhood fun and taught them many things. It is very touching that after so many years, little has changed: all the young viewers grew, but still have tender feelings to the little mouse. In fact, mouse was the hero that was able to give unforgettable moments of fun. Gonzalez is a funny character, tiny and agile mouse. He always goes dry from the water, bandits couldn't catch him and he did only good and useful things for other people. Paradoxically, in a half-joking manner the creators say that in the recent situation, he is a hero we really require.

Tick-tock

Speedy was in the big screen for several times: in a full-length movie about the other characters, but his whole cartoon had never been filmed. In addition, he was also involved as a character in advertising, but we can't say it influenced on the hero himself, just an image was used for commercial. What about the audience's opinions, they are also quite clear: everyone wants to see Speedy. This is an opportunity to return to childhood, back to feel the spirit of adventure and fun to stand up for the kid-mouse, to travel along with him! A small controversy has caused the national identity of the character: the audience was deciding, if he is a Mexican or he has Spanish roots, but the studio has stopped these arguments, saying that Gonzales is a thoroughbred mouse from Mexico.
